It was a very clean facility, with good beds and linens . The great feature for this facility is its location , it has secure parking off-street that is great for a city like Sydney. The room was clean & comfortable with a nice large shower etc . If you have a car this place is great it has easy access to the city or the western parts of Sydney and now easy access to the north connects tunnel etc , we found it extremely convenient and extended our stay a couple of times here!! Added bonus is the delightfully well lit sunken Lounge area which is fully covered for inclement weather and a great speace to either relax or meet new friend / fellow travelers !

After driving from Melb to Sydney we were exhausted but the Hotel was easy to find and access. Check was very fast and all the codes and cards worked well. The room was bigger than expected and the bed was extremely comfortable with crisp clean sheets. Although this Hotel has been well used everything works fine. The internal courtyard has a nice atmosphere. This Hotel is on one of the busiest roads in Sydney but I didn't notice any traffic noise in the room. I would definitely stay here again.

Beds were clean, staff were helpful and kind! We had an issue with the room and the staff immediately apologised and provided us a different room. They were very apologetic about the issue, we actually didn't mind too much, can't help what's out of your control! The ensuite was a good size and the beds were pretty comfy. Place was amazingly clean and beds were crisp! Little fridge in room and jug but no other cooking facilities that were private.

A little out dated, but we knew this prior from reading the reviews. This does not deter from us highly recommending this property. Great value for money. Great location - only a few minutes walk to the Light Rail (costs a few bucks to get to Darling Harbour, China Town, Central etc). Friendly guy in reception (even though we arrived late). Super clean! Fabulous shower! We will definitely stay here again on our return to Sydney!

The location is excellent with bus, light trail and train close by, so it's easy to pick direct routes to most center locations. The housekeeping being only on request made it more relaxed as well. The staff was helpful and the room spacious. 7 eleven was conveniently located right next door for easy breakfast and Opal card purchase/top up. With the Opal card week maximum, the transport costs were very affordable as well
